What I do
I am a registered counselling psychologist working alongside children, adolescents, and adults with a history of trauma from family harm and sexual harm. Other common issues include stress, anxiety, depression, grief, appearance concerns, and life transitions. I am trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy skills for adolescents and families (DBT-A), and draw from a range of evidence-based modalities suited to each clients needs. I offer both brief, skills-focused interventions and longer-term therapy. Session hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 4.30pm - 6.30pm. and weekend days.
