Life can feel overwhelming at times, and seeking support is a courageous first step. I am here to walk alongside you as you navigate life’s challenges—whether you are facing anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, or grappling with racial stress, grief and life transitions. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, valued, and empowered to move toward healing and growth. My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and culturally responsive. I work collaboratively with you to explore your unique experiences, drawing on your strengths and tailoring our sessions to meet your individual needs.
