Hi I'm Ruby, a counsellor based in Christchurch. I work with adult individuals and couples. Although I mainly draw from Person-centered and Solution-focused therapy modalities, I tailor my approach to suit the individual needs and wants of the client. I often integrate aspects of CBT, ACT and polyvagal theory. I have passion and experience working with cultural and neurodiversity, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship and parenting issues, low self-worth/confidence, and chronic pain/illness.
