Hi, my name is Rachel, and I am a Registered Social Worker. My path towards counselling began in 2021 after further study in Psychology, when I began counselling teens at risk of homelessness, followed by child and family counselling. I opened my own practice. 'Calm & Co.' in October 2023, where I support children, teens, families and couples in a safe, confidential, empathetic, non-judgmental and calm space. I am a firm believer that people are the experts in their own lives, and I work in a collaborative way to develop strategies that will meet every individual’s unique support needs, whether that takes a structured approach using counselling models and interventions, or providing an understanding ear for people to vent without being judged.
