I work through a psychodynamic lens, with a particular interest in how early relationships and life experiences shape who we are and how we relate to the world around us. My approach is grounded in the belief that through deep reflection on our personal stories, we can better understand ourselves and move towards meaningful change. My first priority is always the relationship with my client. I aim to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel comfortable to explore and grow. Therapy doesn't have to be all serious, sometimes a sprinkle of humor can help us get there. In terms of modalities, I draw on a variety of modalities and use what’s most helpful depending on a client’s needs
