I prefer to work from a client-centered approach, where the client is the master of their own story and an expert on themselves. I incorporate elements of Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy into my practice. I believe in the power of empathy and acceptance to promote self-growth.
