I am a NZAC and ACC registered counsellor with extensive experience as a trauma-informed therapist. I support clients facing challenges such as sexual harm, domestic violence, relationship conflict, anxiety, and depression. As a migrant who has lived in the Middle East, Europe, Australia and New Zealand, I have a deep understanding of cultural diversity. I take pride in accompanying my clients through difficult times and tailoring my therapeutic approach to meet their individual needs. I have experience working with adults, couples, and families. I speak fluent Farsi/ Persian.
