Miss Zoe Bourke BoSP, PgCert CBT

I am a registered social worker and have completed further training in DBT, CBT and EMDR. I have experience working in community mental health services with a wide range of moderate/severe mental health presentations. I currently work for a university providing short-mid term counselling, and I also offer private online therapy sessions. My areas of expertise include working with trauma, emotion regulation, anxiety, low mood, stress, attachment, and navigating general life challenges and overwhelm. I take a client centred approach, and draw from a range of therapeutic modalities to meet the individual needs of each client. I am currently accepting new clients for online sessions.
