Welcome to a journey of healing, self-discovery, and support. My aim is to support you to heal through difficulty and live a meaningful life with confidence. I believe that no matter what situations come our way, we all have an inner strength to carry us through. I will endeavour to listen, hear and understand you in a safe, caring and loving environment with the knowledge that you are the expert of your life. I also believe that we need to treat our healing holistically and have all areas of ourselves in alignment for optimal living. As a wife, mother and daughter, I know the many hats we wear to care for others, yet we at times forget to care for ourselves. Making the decision to start a counselling journey is a courageous step towards self-care, I look forward to supporting you on your healing journey.
