I am a Registered Social Worker with 5 years work experience in Mental Health, now specialising in Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating and Body Image work. I provide evidence-based tools from the CBT, ACT and DBT models, tailored specifically for eating disorders to support clients wanting to break free from disordered eating and negative body image. I also bring my own personal experience of having battled with bulimia for 10 years during my adolescence and early adult life to sessions to empower and equip clients.
