Mrs. Rebekah Gale

Kia ora, my name is Rebekah, I'm 31 and I am a qualified counsellor based in Christchurch. I offer in-person sessions in Christchurch and online counselling throughout New Zealand, working with a vast range of ages and presenting challenges. I strive to provide an environment that feels safe, welcoming and not too serious where our sessions not only consist of exploring your issue at depth, but also allow for moments of laughter and genuine connection to naturally emerge alongside our work. I aim to provide not only tools, but also a trusting client/counsellor relationship that in itself can also facilitate growth. Having been to counselling myself, I know how it feels to sit in the clients chair. This enhances my practice where I can meet my clients with a lived understanding of the vulnerability and emotional honesty required.
