I am a registered social worker and therapist with over 10 years of experience working across corrections, family support, and private practice. I specialise in supporting mothers through the emotional, identity, and relational shifts of motherhood — and offer a warm, grounded approach to a wide range of everyday challenges including stress and burnout, anxiety and low mood, relationship difficulties, and workplace adjustment.
