I aim to provide a compassionate and safe space for people to explore their worries and challenges, connect to their strengths and values, and build skills and strategies to help them to aim for the best version of themselves. I offer evidence-based psychological assessment and intervention to support children, adolescents and adults experiencing challenges such as behavioural difficulties, neurodiversity, life transitions, stress, anxiety, grief, depression and trauma.
