What I do
I'm an NZAC-registered counsellor based on Aotea Great Barrier Island, offering sessions in person here on island and online across Aotearoa. Living rurally myself, I know what it's like to be far from services, and I'm currently welcoming new online clients. I offer a plain-spoken, down-to-earth space using a flexible range of methods suited to what you're working through. I work with major life transitions, grief and loss, chronic health issues, and psychedelic integration, as well as substance use and habit patterns through a harm-reduction lens, and cycles of low mood, anxiety, or anger.
