The journey to bring a child into the world is often described as a magical time, but for some it's far from it. I provide compassionate support for anyone who has had distressing or traumatic experiences at any point during their birth or the wider perinatal period, including whilst trying to conceive and postnatally. I incorporate various therapeutic techniques, including EMDR, the rewind, ACT & regulation strategies.
