I offer therapy sessions with a holistic approach (modelled on Dr Mason Durie Te Whare Tapa Wha Model), I call it 'courageous conversations',. I am not here to fix the problem but to support my clients to work through barriers that sometime prevent the steps towards being/feeling better, which is often about looking inwards , which is often about looking inward to come back out. Often its about being learning to be comfortable with the uncomfortable, sitting in a level of quiet - and I will always hold space, because sometimes that is the best therapy. I work with a lense that looks at the culture of an individual, as we all have a story, and we all sometimes carry the damage or disruption of yesterday. I will plant seeds to assist with you growing your own garden with what you wish to see at harvest time. Zoom is a great way to bring geographic restrictions into not being disruptive.
