I like to works from a person-centred, relational approach, drawing on Narrative Therapy to support individuals, couples, and families. centred on the belief that people are the experts in their own lives and aims to create a safe, respectful space where your experiences, values, and stories are honoured. My work focuses on collaboration and connection, helping clients explore the stories that shape their lives and discover new, more empowering ways forward. I hold a Bachelor of Counselling from Bethlehem Tertiary Institute and brings warmth, curiosity, and care into each therapeutic relationship. I am also a registered provider with WINZ, helping ensure clients can access financial support for their counselling journey where eligible.
