I provide counselling and practical support for adolescents, adults and couples, as well as one-to-one support and education for parents and whānau. I help people understand what is happening, build on their strengths and develop practical strategies for positive change. My work draws on CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy and strengths-based approaches, tailored to each person's needs.
