I’m a counsellor and trauma-informed therapist offering online sessions for adults throughout New Zealand. I work with people experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, trauma, relationship difficulties, grief, shame, low self-worth and life transitions. I’m particularly interested in relational and developmental trauma, the patterns we develop in relationships, and the ways past experiences can continue to shape how we feel and respond in the present. I take a collaborative, client-led approach, drawing on relational, somatic and Parts work (informed by Internal Family Systems) (IFS) to support deeper understanding, self-compassion and meaningful change.
