What I do
I have a holistic approach, embracing physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects that all contribute to our wellbeing and resilience. I can offer you a safe, calm, welcoming, respectful counselling space, where together we can explore and understand your challenges and enable growth and change. We can team up to tap into your own wisdom to build your emotional strength, address problems and improve your quality of life. I work with adults and specialise in the areas of neurodiversity, trauma, stress and burnout, depression and anxiety, and chronic health conditions. I also offer animal-assisted therapy with my friendly labradoodle.
